Today I toured with a lovely family visiting from the USA off the Emerald Princess Cruise Ship docked in Port Arthur today. They wanted to also experience a little more of the Tasman Peninsula than just Port Arthur , so it was off to all the lookouts and a lovely lunch at the Dunalley Art Cafe. A good taste of what the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

Today I bid farewell to my lovely family visiting from Jakarta in Indonesia after a private tour for 2 days and they experienced a good taste of what the East Coast of Tasmania has to offer. We made our way down to Hobart via a wine tasting at Devils Vinyard and a side trip to historic Richmond. Thank you so much for the coffee....it will be treasured! and great to hear you may come back to explore more on a longer tour of Tasmania.

This morning I picked up a lovely family from Indonesia off the Spirit of Tasmania, who are going to tour with me for the next couple of days. Today of course it was Xmas Day and after a trip to do a little shopping for food in Launceston, it was time for a short few walks at The Gorge before we ventured to the East Coast. The rest of the day was spent playing around and enjoying the beach at Bicheno.

Todaytheir tour took them to the Huon Valley after they had spent a great night at Curringa Farm.We headed down south to do a little Honey tasting and then great news.... the Cherry Shed was open Later it was a short walk at Tahune before finishing their day at Hartzview Vinyard.. Always a great day down south. Once again so lucky with the weather!

Today it was a trip to Mt Wellington on tour and the only ones up there...so all to themselves....it was off then to Tas Abalone for a few purchases, picking a few fruit at Sorell Fruit Farm and then finishing off at Curringa Farm for a Farm Tour and tonight' accommodation. Another beautiful day.

Well what a stunning day on their Bruny Island tour today and my Guests certainly did it justice as they made their way through the Island on the Bruny Island tasting trail, along with a few photo shoots on the glorious beaches of Bruny along the way. Just another gorgeous day in Tasmania.

Today their private tour took them to Cradle Mountain in the North West of Tasmania and although it was a little overcast they still got to see the Cradle and enjoyed a few short walks.. As it was one of the Guests birthday, we decided a few surprises were needed....I am sure she will be spoilt more again tonight. They were also very lucky as we saw a few wombats today along with a Mum & Bubs Pademelon. A great day. Tomorrow it's the East Coast of Tasmania.

Today I have started a 1 week tour with a delightful family visiting from Hong Kong It was a day exploring the surrounds of Launceston and Bridstowe Lavender Farm. They enjoyed a little wine and whiskey tasting at the Leaning Church, before finishing their day at Cataract Gorge. A stunning day for their first day of tour.

Well today it is farewell to my delightful guests from Hong Kong after a 4 Day Tour of Tasmania and it was a trip from Cradle Mountain through to Lake St Clair to Hobart...a little wet on the way ...but didn't dampen spirits any. Have a great time tomorrow on the Tasman Peninsula Cruise and see you again one day ....safe and happy travels!!

Today their tour took them from the North West to Cradle Mountain. It was a great day for my Guests as there were quite a few wombats around and the rain stayed away until later this afternoon. They manged to get a few short walks in and loved the scenery...and so many opportunities for photo shoots....another great day on tour in Tasmania

Today my guest's enjoyed their time out on the Arthur River Tour with MV George Robinson.....and I think they enjoyed the solitude that the Tarkine and Arthur River has to offer They finished their day out at the Edge of the World Another good day weather wise as well....tomorrow on tour it is Cradle Mountain

Today I have started a 4 day tour with a lovely couple visiting from Hong Kong and Malaysia. They had been blessed today with great weather ...of course on the North West of Tasmania and it was a gourmet food trail and lots of wonderful scenery along the way. They are looking forward to their tour on the Arthur River.

Well it is farewell to my local Tasmanian guest who fulfilled his trail, over the past 2 days of touring, covering a few memories of the past. Today it was down to the Tasman Peninsula and we visited the historic Gold Mines and Remarkabe Cave and a stunning day. Will see you again one day to explore a little further. Safe travels.

Today I have been joined by a local who wants to re track a few memories over the next couple of days and it was to the Far South of Tasmania today to finally reach Cockle Creek ....everyone must experience the furthest road south in Australia and pat the Whale!

Well a few days ago it was the wet weather, low cloud and mist and yet today - stunning blue skies and picturesque scenery all the way. My Guests visiting from England and Aussie just loved their experience and the beauty of the South West of Tasmania

Today I had a lovey group visiting fro the USA off the Cruise Ship in Hobart and we ventured down south...the #Huon Trail and visited alot of gourmet tasting places along the way...so much to see in the South #Discovertasmania Happy sailing guys!

Today I took a lovely couple from California on tour off a Cruise Ship in Burnie and their main destination was the Tarkinewildernesslodge where they were meeting Maree for a short Guided tour. Thanks Maree for making their day very special by encouraging a few of your rehabilitated wallaby and pademelon friends to come out and say Hi....They thoroughly enjoyed their morning with you and loved the Lodge. This is a special part of Tasmania at the edge of theTarkine and a must see or stay for all. We made our way back to Burnie with a few short stops before they left later that afternoon.Happy sailing and maybe one day you will be back to enjoy that Lodge! This is a great Cruise Ship Shore tour from Burnie.

Facebook is being a little peculiar again with loading pictures....will see what happens next post. Anyway today I will say farewell to my guests from Connecticut after spending yesterday around Richmond and with our wildlife at Bonorong feeding kangaroos and some great shots with the Koalas. They finished their day with a visit to MONA which I am sure they enjoyed. Safe and happy travels guys and more adventures ahead!

Today I took 2 lovely Guests visiting from Connecticut in the USA. They have a limited time in Hobart so today it was down to the Tasman Peninsula to join the Tasman Island Cruises which they thoroughly enjoyed and whales still coming through so very lucky. They finished their day at Port Arthur and tomorrow a little time in the morning for a few more sites.
