Kenny & Amanda and Ivor & Denise had a great shore excursion with Tasmania i-Drive last Wednesday. We drove though Battery Point, Sandy Bay, Taroona, Kingston Beach and stopped in at the Channel Heritage Museum at Margate for coffee and a good look around. Nutpatch Chocloates at Kettering was next and then on to the highlight of the day with Huon Jetboats at Huonville 9both pictured). Skipper John certainly knows every twist and turn in the river and the 360 degree turns were a ot of fun! Lunch was taken on the premises overlooking the river before we took a quick drive through Franklin. The group enjoyed a guided wine tasting at Home Hill Winery with "the" Kelly! To finish the day we drove to the summit of Mount Wellington on what was a beautiful sunny day.
