Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

A deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required to confirm your tour booking and tour dates. The remaining balance of the total tour cost must be paid at least 14 days prior to departure. The various options for payments are under payment options. If the remaining balance is not paid on time it is at my discretion to cancel the booking.

If you are unable to do the tour your deposit will not be refunded. It will cover costs incurred with the organisation of your tour.

In the event of you cancelling a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, after the full payment has been made, money cannot be refunded for attractions and accommodations that have been confirmed. I will endeavour to communicate with third-party bookings and to have these monies reimbursed to you if possible.

I strongly suggest that you take out Travel Insurance to cover any situations.

Amendment, Postponement, Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend itineraries, postpone or cancel the tour due to unforeseeable operational reasons or weather conditions. In case of postponement or cancellation, if the client disagrees with the proposed date or substitute tour then a full refund will be given, depending on circumstances. I will do my utmost to avoid such events and ensure there is a contingency plan for most cases.


I have insurance policies required to operate as a commercial Restricted Hire Vehicle operator but do not offer travel insurance. Therefore, it is passengers' responsibility to consider taking out travel insurance. I cannot be held responsible for loss or injury beyond my control.
